This SKF cylindrical roller bearing with a polyamide/nylon cage and removable outer ring is suitable for applications that support high radial loads. This roller bearing has a CN (normal) radial clearance for applications and operating conditions with normal shaft and housing tolerances where thermal expansion is not a factor. This is a double row roller bearing that supports higher radial loads than single row bearings. A removable outer ring in the open bearing allows application of lubrication. The polyamide/nylon cage prevents the rollers from coming into contact with each other during use to reduce friction, vibration, and noise and weighs less and is quieter than cages made of brass.
