The book describes the activities and programs that have been developed over the years to care for the poor in the Lord's own way, and it presents many heartwarming stories of those whose lives have been blessed by welfare. The history, stories, and photographs show how those involved in welfare throughout the years has sought to exemplify "pure religion and undefiled" (James 1: 27).
