The Morakniv P207-7 is a 7-Inch stainless steel sharpening tool which is used to maintain a sharp knife by honing the edges after each use. This classic tool helps get the best from knives and makes a good addition to any knife block. Between professional sharpening's, tiny metal fibers bend down on a blade, dulling the surface. The purpose of the sharpening steel is to straighten up those fibers, maintaining the sharpest edge possible for daily use. This sharpener comes with a comfortable ergonomic handle and the round steel rod make sharpening knives quick and easy. Use the metal loop to hang the sharpening steel, or store it in a wood knife block. Made in Sweden.
