Echeveria is a genus of succulent plants native to semi-desert regions of Central America, Mexico, and northwestern South America. They are highly popular among succulent enthusiasts for their striking rosette shapes and vibrant colors. Echeverias have a symmetrical rosette shape, with sizes ranging from a few centimeters to over a foot in diameter. Their fleshy, spoon-shaped leaves store water and come in various colors, including green, blue, gray, pink, red, and purple, depending on the species and growing conditions. The leaves can either have a powdery coating (farina), giving them a frosted appearance, or be smooth and glossy.
Most Echeverias are slow-growing, thrive in well-draining soil, and are generally compact, with the ability to spread over time to form dense clusters. Echeveria come fully rooted in 2"-4" Pots. Our soil blend features a nutrient-rich combination of compost, perlite, and potting mix. This carefully balanced formula ensures optimal drainage, aeration, and fertility, providing the perfect environment for healthy plant growth. Light: Echeverias love bright, indirect sunlight or direct morning sun. Insufficient light can cause leggy growth. Water: Use the "soak and dry" method—water deeply and allow the soil to dry out completely before watering again. Temperature: They prefer warm, dry conditions and are not frost-hardy. Ideal temperatures are between 65–80°F (18–27°C). Propagation: They are easy to propagate through leaf cuttings, offsets, or seeds. Perfect as home decor, versatile indoor or outdoor plants, and unique gifts for plant enthusiasts or beginner gardeners, succulents also make fantastic favors for any occasion, including weddings, showers, or parties.
